Welcome to riv2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and riv2 ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the riv2 online gaming platform located at https://riv2.cam and all associated services. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. riv2 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Users may request withdrawals of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
riv2 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Any such fees will be deducted by the payment provider and are not the responsibility of riv2.
riv2 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious transactions and report them to relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided with each bonus offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
riv2 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users, using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other fraudulent or unfair activity related to bonuses. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
riv2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any User from participating in bonuses and promotions at our sole discretion.
All Games on riv2 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Actual results may vary in the short term due to variance.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game results, riv2 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. All malfunction-affected results are void, and stakes will be returned to Users' Accounts. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

We employ strict age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission from riv2.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, riv2 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of riv2 shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless riv2 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using riv2, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
riv2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for Account termination may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, multiple Account creation, bonus abuse, or any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other Users. Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonuses and promotional balances. Legitimate deposited funds and winnings (subject to completion of KYC and resolution of any disputes) will be returned to you.
In the event of any dispute between you and riv2, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which riv2 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
riv2 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by riv2, constitute the entire agreement between you and riv2 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
